Does your company operate in the transport equipment manufacturing supply chain? If yes, this workshop is designed to help your company with effectively managing your supply chain.
About the Workshop and Expert Support
Supply chains are everywhere we look – ensuring that the goods and services on which we depend and demand are available when we need them. This one day workshop will be delivered by Melrakki Consultancy Services Ltd, who are specialists in manufacturing and supply chain, with extensive global experience. You will address the areas of:
• Supply Chain Management
• Managing Service Level and Cash Flow
• Supply Chain Improvement
You will develop, through this event, a sound understanding of how supply chains operate and learn about the most important activities that enable them to perform in a successful and sustainable way.
Review your findings and formulate strategy with an opportunity for a follow-up, one to one support session, in which you will be able to work with an expert on improving your supply chain, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. You will be able to use your learning about the classic supply chain design to review your choices in matching the most relevant practice to the needs of your company.
